HIBERIS believes in its products’ superior quality, design, and craftsmanship but realizes that sometimes things can go wrong. Therefore, to protect your interest and investment in the new product you just purchased, HIBERIS SLEEP provides you with a Mattress Limited Warranty because helping you get better nights of healthy sleep is our satisfaction and commitment.

 

HIBERIS SLEEP offers 100 nights of exchange & return policy. Because you are more than a customer, you are part of our family, and we make sure our family gets its well-deserved healthful sleep every night. And you will never settle for anything less than HIBERIS SLEEP with our sleep technology.

 

Along with the product you have just purchased, we are proud to provide you with a 10-year non-prorated-coverage period mattress limited warranty and 100 Nights of Trial for Comfort Exchange & Return Policy. All of this is just to protect your best interest and investment. 

 

Please note that customized products, including custom design, colors, sizes, shapes, or fabric, are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once ordered.

 

Any returned mattress will be inspected for Warranty purposes. Then, it will be ethically recycled or donated to a local charity or Non-Profit Organization. 

 

We encourage you to keep your proof of purchase documents in a safe place to support the warranty you received with your new products. Your name must appear on the invoice or sale receipt; it is the proof of purchase to validate the limited warranty coverage.

ROTATING YOUR MATTRESS

ROTATING YOUR MATTRESS IS IMPORTANT FOR YOUR COMFORT AND HELPS EXTEND THE LIFE OF YOUR NEW HIBERIS MATTRESS.

 

Your HIBERIS mattress is designed to conform to your body’s contours beginning within the first few weeks of use. If you notice impressions, don’t worry; the system is functioning correctly. 

 

To prevent excess body impressions, you must rotate your HIBERIS mattress:

Failure to do so may invalidate the mattress’s Limited Warranty.

HIBERIS CORP makes no promises of health regarding its products to treat or cure diseases. Effectiveness varies from person to person, and each person is unique, and their medical needs differ from one to another, even people with the same physical condition.

MATTRESS SET-UP PERIOD

Your new HIBERIS mattress was compressed, rolled, and packaged, also called a bed-in-a-box for shipment purposes. To prevent structural or condensation damage on your new mattress from being packaged for a prolonged period, you must open your new mattress within three (4) weeks from the delivered date.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The use of cleaning products that the mattress manufacturer does not recommend may damage the fabric and materials in your mattress. In addition, allowing water or other liquids to penetrate your mattress may damage the layers of your mattress, causing materials to compress. Either of these situations may result in damage that may invalidate your 100 Nights Trial Comfort Exchange & Return Policy and the Limited Warranty.

UNBOXING YOUR HIBERIS® NEW MATTRESS.

USER GUIDE:

 

Unfortunately, moving heavy boxes can lead to back injuries. To avoid back injuries, please don’t lift the package by yourself.

 

Step 1: You may need help hoisting the HIBERIS box into the room where you intend to use your new HIBERIS mattress.

 

Step 2: Take the HIBERIS mattress Box into the room where you intend to use your new HIBERIS mattress.

 

Step 3: Carefully open the box and slide the mattress out of the box. Avoid using a sharp object to open the box, as you run the risk of unintentionally cutting your mattress cover.

 

Step 4: Place the mattress (still inside of the bag) on top of a supportive platform bed or foundation (if any) and then cut the plastic carefully; once you remove the plastic, the mattress will begin to expand immediately, and it will be harder to move around. In a few minutes, your new HIBERIS mattress will be ready to sleep, and you will be able to enjoy it immediately without odor or damaging your new bed.

 

*After a feel night of sleep, you will feel great!

BREAK-IN ADJUSTMENT PERIOD

The old mattress has adjusted to your body curve, size, and sleeping positions for years. So, the breaking period in your new mattress may take a few days, weeks, or over a month, depending on the person. The new mattress will require time and patience to adjust to your body. It may not feel comfortable until materials have been stretched and softened.

 

The materials used in the new HIBERIS mattress are flexible but strong and sometimes rigid; think of it as buying a new pair of shoes, and they might feel uncomfortable at first because the materials have not become flexible and moldable with repeated use.  The same principle applies to a new mattress; it may not feel comfortable until the materials have softened and stretched enough. 

 

So, we encourage you to sleep on your new HIBERIS mattress for a minimum of 30 nights to allow your body for the adjustment period. Although this adjustment period may seem inconvenient when you want to enjoy sleeping on your new mattress right away, you should not judge your new mattress by just a few nights of sleep. While some users may not feel the difference, this adjustment period on a new mattress could be inconvenient for you, but it is entirely normal. You should not judge your new mattress by just a few nights of sleep. 

 

It is common for some users to take weeks or over a month before feeling entirely comfortable on their new bed. 

BREAK-IN ADJUSTMENT PERIOD

Your new HIBERIS mattress meets CFR 1633 and 16 CFR 1632, the fire safety standards specified on the federal law tag attached to the mattress. Compared to older mattresses, your new mattress will, if ignited, burn more slowly and less intensely, giving you more time to escape.

10-YEAR NON-PRORATED LIMITED WARRANTY

HIBERIS SLEEP offers a 10-YEAR NON-PRORATED LIMITED WARRANTY. Because you are more than a customer, you are part of our family, and we make sure our family gets its well-deserved healthful sleep every night. And you will never settle for anything less than a HIBERIS mattress with the newest sleep technology.

 

Please read the terms and conditions of the Limited Warranty for your products carefully and take all necessary precautions if a repair, return, or replacement is needed.

 

The NON-PRORATED Coverage period means that HIBERIS SLEEP will not charge the buyers a percentage of the repair or replacement costs of the product based on the amount of time sleeping on the mattress before noticing a defect. So long as it qualifies under this Limited Warranty.

 

HIBERIS SLEEP shall be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of the product, except for any handling or transportation expenses associated with the repaired or replaced mattress. The buyer shall bear all transportation costs and inspection fees (if needed) associated with the repaired or replaced mattress.

This Limited Warranty is non-transferable. Your new HIBERIS mattress is warranted against manufacturing, faulty craftsmanship, and material defects. This Limited Warranty runs from the original date of delivery of your mattress.

 

This limited warranty is valid only with the original purchaser of the product listed on the original invoice or purchase receipt intending to take the product for personal consumer use, not to resell it.

 

You must be the original purchaser from HIBERIS or an authorized dealer, and your name must appear as the original purchaser on the invoice or purchase receipt. All purchases made from Amazon or other Marketplace and Retailers may be subject to different or additional terms and conditions.

THE NON-PRORATED LIMITED WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:

HIBERIS SLEEP will repair the mattress if defects in the workmanship or material are found. The buyer shall provide transportation or accept freight charges to and from the HIBERIS SLEEP, to either return the product for repair or replacement. In either case, the buyer must provide the original invoice or purchase receipt within the warranty duration.

 

All other claims are precluded. If identical materials are not available at the time of repair or replacement, the manufacturer reserves the right to substitute materials with comparable quality. All implied warranties on this product shall not be exceeded in duration. The Limited Warranty will not be renewed or extended.

THIS NON-PRORATED LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS THE FOLLOWING ITEMS DURING NORMAL WEAR:

THIS NON-PRORATED LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER UNDER CONDITIONS LISTED BELOW:

All products must be returned in appropriate packaging with a copy of the original invoice or purchase receipt. If you don’t have the original packing, you will be responsible for the new packing cost.

 

HIBERIS SLEEP reserves the right to refuse service and deny or invalidate the Limited Warranty when the product is found in unsanitary conditions upon inspection. May include but is not limited to all items that have been laundered; this included but is not limited to: improper environmental conditions, blood or bodily fluid or other fluids, stains, soiling, folds, unsanitary conditions, torn footprints, spotted, splotchy, smudgy, foxy, fluid penetration, scratch, tears, burns, cuts, rodents, insect damage or other infestation, smoke aroma, odor, signs of jumping on the bed, damage from weather or sun exposure or dirt of unknown origin or nature.

DO’S AND DONT’S OF BEDDING CARE TO PROTECT YOUR MATTRESS AND THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY:

Your new HIBERIS mattress was compressed, rolled, and packaged, also called a bed-in-a-box for shipment purposes. RIGHTS UNDER STATE LAW

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE, DEPENDING ON EACH STATE’S LAWS. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL NOT EXCEED IN DURATION THE TERM OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS GIVEN ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER FROM HIBERIS CORPORATION OR ITS AUTHORIZED DEALERS. NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR LIMITED WILL EXTEND TO ANY PERSONS WHO PURCHASED THE PRODUCT FROM ANYONE OTHER THAN THE HIBERIS CORPORATION OR ITS AUTHORIZED DEALERS. ALL WARRANTIES TO SUCH BUYERS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES, ARE EXCLUDED.

 

NO EXPRESSED OR LIMITED WARRANTIES ARE EXTENDED TO ANY PERSONS WHO PURCHASED THE PRODUCT FROM ANYONE OTHER THAN HIBERIS CORP OR ITS AUTHORIZED DEALERS.

 

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS. SO, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXTENDED ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER FROM HIBERIS CORPORATION OR ITS AUTHORIZED DEALERS.

 

For the health and safety of those who handle the mattress for disposal, HIBERIS CORPORATION may refuse to inspect the mattress or assess whether it is covered by the warranty if there is evidence of damage, abuse, or neglect.

STARTING YOUR CLAIM

To make a valid claim under this limited warranty, you must: have a warranty ticket supplied when you contact our customer service at support@hiberis.com. You must include a brief narrative describing the defect and how it affects Mattress’s performance. You also must provide valid proof of purchase demonstrating the date of purchase and that the claimant is the original purchaser and still possesses the mattress.

You are responsible for submitting your claim with sufficient supporting documentation. IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION, HIBERIS SLEEP reserves the right to require more photographs, further information, or descriptions or to send a representative or independent mattress inspector at your cost to physically inspect the mattress before accepting your claim under this Limited Warranty.

 

HIBERIS SLEEP may void your Limited Warranty if you refuse to cooperate with our investigation, provide adequate responses to our requests, or comply with any provision of this Limited Warranty.
